For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction — to register an Account and use the Services. PKR75 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be underage, all funds and winnings in the Account will be forfeited and the Account will be permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country, province or territory of residence. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use the Platform. This determination is your responsibility; PKR75 does not provide jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all funds.
You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. You are obligated to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. PKR75 reserves the right to suspend or close Accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.
Note on Pakistani Users: Players in Pakistan should be aware that online gambling laws in Pakistan are complex. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related legislation may apply. We do not represent that use of the Platform is lawful for all users in all locations in Pakistan.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security credentials associated with your Account. You agree not to share your login details with any third party. PKR75 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
You must notify PKR75 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. PKR75 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account prior to notification, except where such losses are directly attributable to our negligence.
The Operator may request documentary evidence of identity, age, address and payment method ownership at any stage. Documents typically required include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) and, where applicable, evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Inactive Accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified by the Operator from time to time, deducted from the Account Balance. Users will be notified in advance of any such fee. Accounts that reach a zero balance following the application of an inactivity fee may be closed.
PKR75 references a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash) and the Raast instant payment system, as well as cryptocurrency options such as BTC and USDT. These references are provided for context only and do not imply that any financial institution endorses gambling or supports this Operator.
Actual available deposit methods, minimum deposit amounts and transaction processing times are set by the Operator and are subject to change without notice. Illustrative minimum deposits start from approximately PKR 1,000; however, Users must always verify current limits in their Account cashier before transacting.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a verified method approved by the Operator. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Processing times vary by method and are subject to the Operator's current review timelines. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply; Users should consult the Account cashier for current figures.
The Platform displays balances and transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where supported. No currency conversion guarantee is made. Where transactions are processed in a currency other than PKR, exchange rate differences may apply and are the User's sole responsibility.
Any attempt to deposit, withdraw or transfer funds using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
All promotional offers available on the Platform — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits and referral rewards — are subject to individual promotion terms. Any bonus figures quoted on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000" or "up to PKR 50,000") are illustrative examples unless confirmed as active offers in the current promotions section of the Platform.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. Wagering Requirements, eligible games and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within the specified period will result in the automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
PKR75 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to: claiming the same offer via multiple Accounts, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to satisfy Wagering Requirements, or misrepresenting identity or location to access offers for which a User is ineligible.
The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Amended terms apply from the date of publication on the Platform.
Reminder: Always read the full individual terms of any bonus before opting in. Wagering requirements can vary significantly between promotions. The Platform's general bonus terms apply where no specific promotion terms are stated.
All sports bets — including those placed on Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, Premier League football, UFC events and other competitions — are subject to the Operator's sportsbook rules. Accepted bets are final and binding. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement; the Operator reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
In-play markets are offered on selected events. Connection delays, latency or server interruptions may affect the timing of bet placement. The Operator is not responsible for bets affected by connectivity issues on the User's side. Live odds are subject to rapid change; the odds visible at the time of bet confirmation govern the settlement.
All casino and slot games are provided by third-party game studios. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are set by the game studios and verified by their respective certification authorities. Illustrative RTP figures quoted on the Platform are for information purposes only — actual RTPs should be verified in-game or via the game studio's published documentation.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected bets or rounds may be declared void and staked amounts returned to the User's Account Balance. The Operator's decision in relation to malfunctions is final.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of PKR75 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any material on the Platform without the prior written consent of the Operator.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PKR75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.
The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.
PKR75 specifically disclaims all liability in connection with:

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be processed for return to you subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gambling licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by direct negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
PKR75 does not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law, and makes no claims regarding the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and responsibility.
PKR75 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated review date.
